Arcaiva and Xero
Arcaiva or Xero? Define the accounting scope.
Arcaiva’s documented work is customer context, billing documents, receivables review, and company scope. Xero’s US pricing page documents plan-specific accounting breadth. Compare the requirement before you compare a slogan.

Name the accounting requirement first
Decide whether you need a focused customer and billing-review workflow, bank reconciliation, bills, forecast horizon, project time/cost tracking, multiple currencies, or another specific capability. Do not use a single product category label as a substitute for that decision.
Read Xero US plan scope without flattening it
Xero’s US page distinguishes Early, Growing, and Established plans. The current page lists Early with quotes, 20 invoices, five bills, bank reconciliation, and a 30-day cash-flow forecast; it lists additional reconciliation, forecast, and project capabilities on higher plans. Plan terms, regional availability, and add-ons still require direct confirmation.
Scroll horizontally to see all columns on smaller screens. Keyboard: focus the table and use the arrow keys.
| Requirement | Arcaiva | Xero evaluation |
|---|---|---|
| Customer billing | Customer details, balances, activity, invoices/PDFs, signed adjustments, and pro formas. | Check invoices, quotes, and online payment requirements against the specific US plan. |
| Bank and cash context | Bank connections through Plaid are available now. Receivables views show invoice activity, not a cash forecast. | The cited US pages describe bank-feed automation and cash-flow tools; validate your bank, region, and plan. |
| Multiple companies | Up to 3 included companies on Pro, with company-scoped workflows and no consolidation claim. | The cited sources do not establish consolidated multi-company operations for this comparison; validate directly. |
Receivables review is not a cash forecast
Arcaiva’s Receivables Flow and Overdue Pressure describe separate receivables populations. They are not a cash forecast. If a forecast horizon is an essential requirement, compare Xero’s published plan detail directly rather than treating an Arcaiva review view as equivalent.
Validate bank, company, and integration needs
Arcaiva supports bank connections through Plaid. Check support for your bank. A general third-party integration catalog and consolidated accounts are not currently offered. Check specific migration or multi-company needs separately.
When each deserves consideration
Consider Arcaiva when the documented customer-to-document-to-receivables sequence is the need. Consider the exact Xero US plan when its published accounting, reconciliation, forecast, or project breadth is essential. Neither conclusion should be based on a generic “AI” label or a feature-count scorecard.
