Security and Trust

Security basics your team can understand.

Arcaiva starts with two clear safeguards: protected sign-in and accounting work tied to the right company. That gives your team a straightforward place to start a security or compliance review.

What Arcaiva covers today

Sign in to a protected Arcaiva workspace. When your team handles accounting work, that work is tied to the company it belongs to.

That helps you answer two basic questions: who is getting into the workspace, and which company are they working in?

These are the controls we can describe today. They do not, on their own, prove every access rule, certification, policy, or uptime requirement your organization may need. If something is a must-have, treat it as a question to verify—not something to assume.

Turn a security requirement into a verifiable question

These are due-diligence questions for your evaluation, not a description of controls Arcaiva has implemented or a promise that supporting documents are available.

  • Identify any mandatory certification or regulatory requirement before selecting a system.
  • Ask what access controls your organization requires, including authentication and user lifecycle expectations.
  • Define the data-handling, retention, deletion, backup, and recovery facts you need to verify.
  • Identify any incident-response, availability, or contractual support requirement that must be established.

Assurances not established on this site

This site does not establish SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI, encryption, MFA, SSO, data-retention, or incident-response claims. It does not describe the product as bank-grade or military-grade. If a specific assurance is a hard requirement, do not infer it from protected sign-in or company-scoped workflows.
