FAQ
A few questions before you start.
Quick answers about the free trial, bank connections and what Arcaiva can do today.
What can Arcaiva support today?
Connect your bank through Plaid, manage customer details, create invoices and PDFs, prepare pro formas and review what you’re owed. Keep the work tied to the right company.
How many people and companies can I include?
A quick note about these limits. Use these numbers to plan, not as a checkout or trial offer. The upcoming package allowances are separate.
Core includes up to 5 users and 1 company. Pro includes up to 25 users and 3 companies. More than three included companies, consolidation, and intercompany automation are not current claims.
What does it cost, and can I buy it today?
A quick note about these prices: use them to plan, not as a checkout or trial offer.
Core is listed at $99 per month, and Pro is listed at $199 per month. You cannot buy a plan through this site yet. We also do not list annual pricing, taxes, refunds, add-ons, usage charges, or the full commercial terms here.
Can I try Pro free before I decide?
Yes. Start Pro free for 14 days. No card is required and the trial does not renew automatically.
After 14 days, your data remains read-only, with Billing access. Paid conversion is not available in this release.
Can I move over from QuickBooks Online?
QuickBooks Online migration is in development. The checklist helps you plan a move; it does not import your records. Keep using your existing system until the required migration is supported and checked.
Can I connect my bank or another accounting tool?
Yes. Bank connections through Plaid are available now. Check support for your bank.
Other accounting-tool connections are separate. Arcaiva does not currently offer a general third-party integration catalog.
Does AI run my books automatically?
No. AI assistance is available in selected workflows, and you review the work. It does not make accounting decisions for you or promise that every AI feature is available to every team.
Is a pro forma already an invoice or receivable?
No. A pro forma is not an invoice or receivable before conversion. Arcaiva supports preparing and issuing a pro forma, then converting an accepted one into one draft invoice. The resulting draft still needs review.
Why do the receivables views use different scopes?
Billed, collected, and open in Receivables Flow describe the current-month invoice cohort. Overdue Pressure covers all currently open receivables. Read each in its own context and use invoice-register filters for the underlying question. Neither view is a cash forecast or collection guarantee.
Does tax visibility mean tax filing?
No. Core’s accounting-first catalog includes tax visibility, but that is not tax preparation, filing, advice, or compliance assurance. Any required tax treatment, filing process, or professional advice needs separate evaluation.
Is Arcaiva certified or bank-grade?
No certification claim is established here. The evidenced public controls are protected sign-in and company-scoped workflows. These do not establish a complete security program, compliance assurance, or availability guarantee.
What support will I receive?
Support hours and response-time commitments are not published here. If you need a defined support arrangement, confirm it before switching.
Can Arcaiva replace every accounting or ERP tool?
No universal replacement claim is made. Payroll, tax filing, consolidation, intercompany automation, enterprise ERP scope, and broad unverified integration requirements are not a basis for choosing Arcaiva today. Compare the actual requirement and consider another product when it is essential.
